At LaborBudyz, we take pride in providing reliable and high-quality landscaping services. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are handled under the following terms.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered after ten (10) days from the date the service was completed.

Any refund request must be reviewed and explicitly agreed upon by James Nolfo. Refunds are not automatic and will only be issued if approval is granted.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Services rendered and completed are generally non-refundable

  • Labor costs, materials, and completed landscaping work are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise approved

  • Dissatisfaction alone does not guarantee a refund

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, customers must:

  • Submit the request after the 10-day period

  • Provide a clear explanation of the issue

  • Allow LaborBudyz the opportunity to review the work and situation

All decisions are final once determined by James Nolfo.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method when possible

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
